Scheduler (Remote)
Remote hourly contract position | 25 hours per week
Aha Media Group, a content strategy and copywriting consultancy, is seeking a remote, hourly Scheduler to join our team.
This is a 1099 contract position that could convert to a salaried position.

About the scheduler role
We are seeking an experienced Scheduler to coordinate interviews between subject matter experts and our freelance writing team. The Scheduler may also provide high-level support to our CEO, Ahava Leibtag.
This role requires exceptional organization, attention to detail, and the ability to anticipate needs and solve problems proactively. Candidates should have at least 3-5 years in a scheduler or executive assistant role.
This is a remote, 1099 contract position with flexible hours within East Coast business hours.
Key responsibilities
Scheduling & project support
- Arrange stakeholder interviews between subject matter experts and our editorial team
- Maintain and update project management tools such as Airtable, Basecamp, and Outlook
- Respond promptly to scheduling requests
Company-wide support
- Plan and coordinate semi-annual team retreats in collaboration with the Leadership team
- Organize team morale initiatives, including birthdays, work anniversaries, and virtual team events
- Assist with hiring and recruitment, including reviewing resumes, scheduling interviews, and checking references
- Provide general administrative support as needed
Executive support for the CEO
- Manage and maintain the CEO’s calendar, ensuring seamless scheduling of meetings and appointments
- Coordinate and book travel arrangements as needed
- Conduct occasional research to support the CEO’s projects and initiatives
- Handle email correspondence and administrative tasks on behalf of the CEO

- Responsive and reliable while working efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Professional and personable while interacting with clients, stakeholders, and team members

Rate: $25-30/hour, based on experience
