Cara Masset has written and edited award-winning stories about medical research for more than 20 years.

She earned a bachelor’s degree in English with a minor in neuroscience from the University of Pittsburgh, where she also earned an MFA in nonfiction writing and a master of public policy and management degree.

Cara is based in West Palm Beach, FL. She has also lived and worked in Buffalo, NY, Manitowoc, WI, and Pittsburgh, PA.
