Lacey Reichwald juggles a lot as Director of Marketing — but she wouldn’t have it any other way. “If I ever say I’m bored, check that I’m not being held for ransom,” she says. She describes herself as “multi-passionate” and brings that energy to her work and personal life.

Lacey oversees Aha Media Group’s website and content, such as blogs, newsletters, and social media. She also manages events, including conferences and speaking engagements. Her colleagues praise her ability to get things done while still being willing to pivot as needed.

After studying interpersonal communications and psychology at the University of Wisconsin-Whitewater, Lacey built a multi-location coffee shop and bakery brand. “My favorite part was becoming a hub for our community, and I realized that social media was another conduit for building community,” she says.

That realization led her to marketing roles in industries including travel, app development, industrial equipment, and real estate. She was drawn to healthcare marketing because of its purpose-driven mission. “We help people find the information they need at some of the scariest moments of their lives,” she says. “I really believe that Aha Media is helping improve the medical content on the internet, one client at a time.”

Outside of work, Lacey is passionate about travel. She and her family spent a year cruising the country in a vintage RV named “Mother Ship” before settling in their home state of Wisconsin. Now, she spends her weekends catching live music, cooking, hiking, and exploring the great outdoors.
