Sally’s early experience in publishing included working on staff as a writer and editor at magazines such as Vogue, Glamour and Real Simple. In her freelance career, she has continued working for such publications, but has also expanded into the digital realm. She has 20+ years of experience in the world of magazines and online publications–editing and writing about health, fitness, nutrition and other wellness topics. She has a unique ability to translate technical and scientific information into language that is not only understandable, but also fun to read.

Sally lives in Colorado with her husband and daughter. When she’s not writing, she can be found running, hiking or skiing on her local trails and in the nearby Rocky Mountains.
