Kristen has spent more than 25 years in healthcare communications, primarily serving Medicare and Medicaid audiences. She’s passionate about turning complex health policy into clear, easy-to-understand information that helps consumers make informed decisions. Her experience spans provider education, consumer outreach, and content strategy for Medicare.gov, with a focus on plain language and user experience.

Kristen holds a Master of Social Work degree and lives in Baltimore with her husband and three children. Outside of work, she’s happiest traveling near and far, cheering on her favorite sports teams, or gathered around the table for a lively family game night.
