Jeannette’s commitment to healthful living is evident in the countless health, fitness and parenting articles she’s written for Family Circle, Redbook, Fitness, Parents, Prevention, Women’s Health, WebMD and others. Several of her articles have received awards including a Folio Editorial Excellence Award, five National Health Information Awards, a Meredith Corporation Creative Excellence Award, and a Planned Parenthood Maggie Award for Media Excellence.

She has a master’s degree in corporate communication from Radford University in Virginia, and a bachelor’s degree in mass media communications from Bethany College in West Virginia.
