If there’s a comma out of place in your copy, Jena Triggs will spot it. Laser-focused on the details, Jena admits to being a bit of a perfectionist. “I really care about this stuff. It matters to me that the quality is up to par on every project that has Aha Media Group’s name on it,” she says.

Jena has played several roles at Aha Media, including writing, editing and project management. Previously, she was Director of Talent, helping to recruit, hire and support writers and editors. A natural people person, she enjoys collaborating with clients and the product team in her current role as Project Coordinator. “I want our clients to be happy with our projects and working relationship. I think of myself as a chameleon, adapting to face whatever challenges a situation brings,” she says.

Jena has a decade of experience as a television producer, where her talents in covering complex topics landed her an Emmy for health/science reporting. She helped the Muscular Dystrophy Association raise millions of dollars as a producer for their annual telethon and led efforts to rebrand the web content for a prestigious Boston-area TV station.

Jena studied journalism at Boston University. She and her family live in Massachusetts, where she’s been a “ride-or-die” Patriots fan since the pre-Tom Brady era. She loves reading, gardening, playing board games with her kids and zoning out with reality TV.
