Why partner with a healthcare content agency?
Working with a content agency gives you access to an entire network of experienced writers and editors. The extra-thorough review process means you won’t see the content until it’s as close to perfect as it comes. No more saying: “Ugh, I’ll just rewrite it myself!”
Why do I need an agency that specializes in healthcare?
Writing is hard, and healthcare is complicated. It’s challenging to create engaging content within complex specialties and highly regulated industries.
An agency that focuses on the medical industry knows the latest healthcare trends, news and regulations — and how they impact your business. When you partner with our digital marketing company, you tap into more than 17 years of experience in healthcare marketing and medical content writing.
How do I get buy-in from my leadership to hire Aha Media?

Who writes the content for Aha Media?
Our product team includes writers, editors, content strategists, project managers and account managers. We have a team of 30+ staff members with an average of 15 years of experience. They’ve worked with 120+ clients, created 700+ projects and written 500,000+ pages of healthcare content.
How does Aha Media handle stakeholder interviews?
At the beginning of a project, we ask you for stakeholder contact information. From there, our team handles all stakeholder outreach, interview set-up, interviewing and any necessary follow-up. We only ask that you give your subject matter experts a heads-up that we’ll be reaching out to them.
Our writers conduct stakeholder interviews at the beginning of the content creation process. They know they’re interviewing medical professionals, many of whom are nationally renowned experts with little time to spare. We are efficient and use their time wisely.
How does Aha Media approach content writing if our company doesn’t have a style guide?
If your business doesn’t have a content style guide, we’re happy to create one for you. If that’s not an option, our writers and editors will use our Aha Media style guide, which primarily follows AP Style.

Do you provide virtual workshops?

What happens at one of your writing trainings?
We customize every content training to fit the unique needs of the healthcare organization. In general, here is our approach to content writing workshops:
- Before the workshop, we spend several hours understanding what your team needs to gain from the digital writing courses, including assessing your team’s current and common challenges. Understanding your writers’ challenges helps us create a personalized workshop that focuses on the skills they need honed.
- Workshop day is jam-packed with long-term learnings. We use materials from your own website and related fields, so your writers will be familiar with the content.
- After the workshop, your team has the skills to create digital content with the proper writing style.
