After more than 20 years of experience in client services and account management, Kim knows how to spot — and solve — clients’ unique marketing challenges. As Vice President of Client Services, she helps clients identify the best strategy and products for their needs. Kim then works with the Aha Media Group account team to ensure those products go above and beyond.  

Clients praise Kim’s strategic insight and performance-focused approach to marketing. And she applies that same obsession with performance to internal work as well. “One thing I love about Aha Media is that we live by our core values. We’re always looking for feedback from clients. We genuinely want to hear how we’ve done so we can learn from the experience and move the industry forward,” she says.

Kim has a bachelor’s and MBA in marketing from Fairleigh Dickinson University. She’s successfully defined and managed multi-channel, integrated digital marketing programs for a variety of companies, including financial, retail, pharmaceutical and B2B.

A digital marketing enthusiast, Kim keeps a close eye on emerging trends — but ensures her approach is driven by metrics and data, not fads. “In healthcare, there are always new opportunities in digital marketing. But in the end, it’s not about SEO or AI. It’s about figuring out what works and producing content that resonates with patients and their loved ones,” she says.

Kim spends much of her free time shuttling her kids from one sporting event to another. Her family lives in northern New Jersey, where they enjoy boating and spending time outside.
