Throughout her career, Kristen’s has written about health and wellness, lifestyle, finance and technology. Her specialty is turning complicated topics into digestible, captivating content for the general population. Kristen’s early publishing experience includes working as an editor for Men’s Health magazine, and creating custom content for clients such as Cisco Systems, Phillip Morris and Nasdaq. Since 2015, Kristen has turned her focus to consumer health, creating patient stories, blog posts and digital content for hospitals, medical associations and healthcare companies. She loves nothing more than guiding readers to a better understanding of their health and medical options.

Kristen holds a B.A. in journalism and communications from Lehigh University. She currently lives in central New Jersey with her husband, three children and Labrador retriever.
